1. Where exactly do you operate?

We cover every corner of London. To keep things simple, we use a live postcode checker. Enter yours into our quote form above - if it gives you a price, an engineer is available in your area. If we can’t get to you fast, we won’t take your booking.

 

2. Do you handle commercial kitchen repairs?

No. We’ve spent years perfecting domestic appliance repairs, and we prefer to stick to what we’re masters of. Our expertise is focused exclusively on household washing machines, dryers, dishwashers, ovens, hobs and fridge freezers.

 

3. What does "Fixed Labour" actually mean?

It means no "hourly rate" anxiety. You pay one flat fee that covers the call-out, the diagnosis and the entire repair - regardless of how long it takes or if we need to come back twice.

 

4. How fast can I get an appointment?

You’re in the driver's seat. Once you submit a booking, we’ll send a link to your phone and email. You pick the slot that fits your life, not the other way around. 98% of our customers secure the appointment slot they book.

 

5. What if the fault comes back?

It won’t if we can help it, but we’re realistic. Every repair is backed by a 6-month guarantee on both labour and parts. If the same issue recurs, we return and fix it for free.

 

6. Can you fix my TV, Coffee Machine or Boiler?

In short: No. We are white goods specialists. We don't dabble in electronics or heating systems because we believe in being the best at one thing, rather than okay at everything.

 

7. Do you offer installations?

We do. If you’ve bought a new machine and need a professional to install it, we're here to help. Book an install here.
We offer the same lightning-fast scheduling for installations as we do for repairs.

 

8. Why can’t I call you directly for a quote or availability?

Efficiency is how we keep our prices lower than the "big players". By managing bookings digitally, we cut out the overheads of a call centre and pass those savings directly to you. If you need a chat, just request a callback in your booking email and one of the team will be in touch.

 

9. What if you don’t have the spare part on the van?

Most repairs won’t need a part. But we carry inventory of common van stock to aim for a first-time fix whenever possible. However in some cases, if your appliance needs a specialised part, we don't leave you hanging. We can usually source and return with your specific part within 1-3 working days.

 

10. I’m a Landlord or Estate Agent / Property Manager - can we work together?
